Hey, peeps! It's summer!!!

You know, I'm really not feeling very conversational now. So if you were anxious to hear some of my words of wisdom, it's just gonna havta wait until another day when I feel a bit more lively. *stretches out like a cat who's been lying in the sun for a very long time and yawns*.

I got that Sally Hansen leg stuff. It's supposed to work. Besides, I nearly threw my razor in the toilet I was getting so ******* frustrated with it.

Went to a friends house and played basketball and lacrosse with some random guys that kept following us around (I have the habit of just sending out those I'm-so-hot-you-know-you-want-me vibes). Being the wild playette that I am, I exercised some great self-control and didn't even -touch- them (well, except in basketball, but most of it was purely accidental). Then went to the green and had icecream. All in all, totally not a remarkable day. But whatever.

Just got back from a dude ranch that I went to with my sister and her friend. My Russian parents really aren't fans of horses ("Miclea, what are these strange things attached to the horse's belly?" "Stirrups, Dad."), but my sister has a mild obsession. *Rolls eyes*. That's the story of my life. Anyway, I had a near-death encounter when I was thrown off of a rearing horse (no lie!!). It was ******* scary, but I lived through it. Miracolously. Deedee came with our family, and we had an awesome time. Deedee talked me into riding the ATVs. It was fun, but I proved to be a terrible driver. Finally, after about the sixth time I crashed on a single path, the instructor came over to me and was like, "Ok, we're going into the forest. There are trees in the forest. Are you sure you want to do this?" It was pretty humiliating, but I'm glad I did it.

And no sooner have I had a near encounter with death by nearly having my brains pounded out by iron horseshoes, I am thrown into peril once again: school.

Deedee talked me into reading Jurassic Park, and it's actually good (despite it being rather gory. Now I have nightmares that my all my birthday presents are really mangled, bloody legs wrapped in tarps. Oh God *rolls eyes* Just do me a favor and don't ******* ask). Deedee has little better taste than her father, who actually recommended Saving Silverman and Get Over It (Cut it Out. LOL), which both profoundly sucked. Wow, never again in my prescence. Never. Ever. Got it? Good.

I am so bored. My track meet is most definitely canceled because of this torrential downpour. I bet that's my coach calling now. God, I hate New England.

Meanwhile, I'm stuck here, listening to the screams of my sister, who is having her hair brushed out by my father. I don't know what the deal is with her hair--maybe she has really senstive scalp receptors or something. But she's a real whimp when it comes to her hair. Maybe I'm just not used to being around her during the week, since I'm in school then. It's actually starting to hurt my ears now.

I really need to get some time out of class to finish filming a segment of the famed Jester Show. Hey guys, did you know I got in trouble for wearing my grandpa's suit? *snickers*.

4-29-03

If it weren't for Friday-night parties, I don't know how the **** I'd survive. School is soooo boring...did you know we're studying earthquakes? I mean, come on. EARTHQUAKES. Who really gives a rat's (beep! (LOL, did I tell you about that?)) about earthquakes? What about time travel and dinosaur cloning? Pathetic.

5-3-03

Omg. Deedee, we just had to read The Outsiders in school, also! Except I thought it pretty much sucked. I mean, it was written by someone my age, and it seemed very fake. Have you seen the movie? I thought Darry was going to be hot...but it ended up that Dally was! Must get a pic of him for our hottie page.

Oh, yeah. Fellow Confession girls, listen up. Jessie and I were talking last night and we decided that we are going to try to pull off a CSS reunion party! We just need everyone's addresses to send out invitations. Wouldn't it be fun?

5-24-03

Omg, I'm sooo sorry I haven't written for like forever. It's just - you know how busy these weeks are. I have two recitals on the same day, track meets, parties, PLUS the preparing for the prom...yeah, I'm doing ok - I have a dress, a date, and yesterday I went to pick out hairstyles. But you're not really interested in that, are you?

Today is my little sister's b-day party. Oh, God. She wants to do this murder-mystery thing (kinda like the party i had in fifth grade - remember?) but she wrote the whole storyline by herself. There's no script - she wants everyone to improvise (kinda like Whose Line is it Anway? the best show of all time!) She wants it to be a musical, and she wants me to film it. How this is going to work with ten sugar-high fifth graders, I don't know. But I invited a friend over for some support.

Oh, and Deedee, be proud of me: I decided not to get the colored contacts. Everyone agreed that the green ones made this icky-colored film over my eye that reminded me of the guy's eye in the Telltale Heart -you know, the old man who gets murdered. I didn't think it was worth risking getting murdered for.

*Happy little jig* Score! School is just about over. I can't wait until summer, even tho i know I'll be bored when it finally does roll around. But I'm working as a camp counselor to fill up my time, and then there's always sleepaway camp w/ Deedee (*squeals* Hotguyshotguyshotguys) and MAINE...not too far away, girls! Also, It's always been my lifelong dream to start a band, ever since I saw Josie and the Pussycats (jk - that was a sucky movie. Wait...Deedee, didn't your Dad pick that out...jk lol). And now, this summer is the perfect oppurtunity!! Christina Aquelera (however the **** you spell that) can go kiss my ass.

6-29-03

Yeah...ok...*laughs nervously* i know I haven't been on here for a looong time. What can i say? I just got caught up in the exhiliration of summer that i forgot about everything...oh, well. School is finally out, and I've been doing nothing but lounging around fiddling with The Moonlight Sonata on my piano, and taking bike rides now and then to stay in shape. Luckily, Jessie's b-day par-tay is tomorrow, so that should break up the monotony quite nicely. I love the mall....

Oh, yeah. I went in NYC and saw Chicago. It was rather good, if i do say so myself. Of course, I already knew all the songs b/c our little friend Kyr (who hasn't updated this site in CLOSE TO A YEAR-- hem, hem, Prof. Umbridge style) has (had?) a mild obsession with Chicago lyrics. I sat next to a really hot college guy on the subway, but that's about all that happened.

7-9-03

I have nothing much to say except....
